Mentees: Black professionals, early-career individuals, and aspiring leaders seeking guidance, career growth, and personal development.
Mentors: Experienced Black professionals, executives, and industry leaders who are passionate about empowering the next generation and sharing their expertise.
Alumni & Advocates: Individuals who have completed the program and want to continue supporting mentees and the BUILD network.
How long does the mentorship program last?
