• Covid and mental impacts presented by Darrow Brown 
• Mindful Breathing led by Edwina Martin-Arnold
• Professional Development tip: A Smarter and Stronger Return to the Workplace  led by Donald Paul
• Information on African American Health Board provided by Nila Griffin
• Washington's Basic Income Pilot information was presented by Past Chair, Megan Matthews.
