The Disability Inclusion Network’s Disability Justice Subcommittee is looking to conduct a survey around the psychology safety of communities that intersect with disabilities in the workplace. We want to identify why individuals within marginalized communities with disabilities are choosing not disclosing their disabilities in the workplace. The ask is for volunteers to help with this survey project to ensure the survey is developed with an intersectional lens to capture the appropriate data results, so that we can begin to address psychology safety and continue moving the equity lens forward.
